Ethal's River Copper Bracelet

There's a steadiness to a river that never stops moving, current after current, year after year, smoothing everything it touches. That's the feeling we had in mind, twisting these copper strands together, again and again, until they held that same quiet motion.

Each strand is hand-twisted right here at our bench, three lengths of copper wire worked together with the same pliers we've used for years, then set and capped by hand at each end. No two cuffs come out exactly alike. The twist always finds its own rhythm.

Roman soldiers wore copper into battle. Craftsmen wore it on the job for centuries, long before anyone called it wellness. Men who work with their hands have always reached for it, and plenty still do.

Each bracelet is made by hand in small batches. Once this run is gone, it will be a while before we make more. We hope they find someone who appreciates the small things.
